Growing up in Michigan, Ken learned about hard work very early in life. Until he was 19, he and his brothers and sisters would get up at dawn to work in the fields helping their parents raise celery, onions and other produce on the family farm. Both of his parents have strong moral beliefs and instilled those beliefs in their children. They also taught them to always care about others and always be ready to help.

On April 3, 1956, a tornado roared through the Brink family farm and surrounding area. There were 14 people killed and hundreds of homes destroyed. It was then that Ken saw what caring is really about. Help came in from everywhere. Total strangers offered to help with labor, food, clothing and even opened their homes to those who lost theirs. He hasn't forgotten that terrible day and will always remember to care and to help others.

Ken has found real estate to be the perfect profession for him.  He enjoys working with both buyers and sellers. In either case, someone needs help. It is up to him to find a way to sell the property or to find the perfect home. For Ken, the deal ends with happy customers at the closing table, but the process continues with many lifetime friendships.
